Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for Courses

1.1 All payments for courses must be made in full at the time of purchase.
1.2 We accept payment via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods as specified on our payment page.
1.3 Course access will be granted only after successful completion of payment.
1.4 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.1 No-Refund Policy: Please note that all course purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances once the purchase is complete.
2.2 We encourage prospective students to review all available course information, including the course description, curriculum, and sample content (if available) before making a purchase decision.
2.3 In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of management. However, approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.1 As all sales are final and non-refundable, cancellation of course enrollment is not possible after purchase.
3.2 Your course purchase grants you lifetime access to all materials of purcahsed course, which cannot be canceled or terminated.

4.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive your login credentials via email.
4.2 Lifetime Access: Your purchase grants you lifetime access to all materials of the purchased course. You can access the course content at any time without any time limitations.
4.3 We reserve the right to revoke course access without refund in cases of:
- Sharing of login credentials with unauthorized users
- Violation of our terms of service
- Any fraudulent activity related to payment

5.1 While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we are not responsible for access issues due to internet connectivity or device compatibility problems on the user's end.
5.2 In case of platform-wide technical issues that significantly impact course access, we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible to ensure continued access to your course materials.

6.1 We may occasionally update course content to improve quality or accuracy. Your lifetime access includes these updates at no additional cost.
6.2 If a course is significantly redesigned or replaced with a newer version, your lifetime access will typically extend to the updated content, though we reserve the right to determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

7.1 We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
